Why Work With Us
More Than a Job — A Career That Makes a Real Difference
At Solace Prime Care, we know that our carers are the heart of everything we do. That is why we invest in our team from day one — with proper training, fair pay, flexible working, and a culture of genuine support and respect.
Full Training Provided
You do not need previous care experience to join us. We provide a comprehensive induction programme, the Care Certificate, and ongoing training to help you grow in your role with confidence.
Flexible Hours to Suit Your Life
We offer part-time, full-time, and flexible working patterns — including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. We work around your schedule so that care work fits your life, not the other way around.
Competitive Pay Rates
We offer competitive rates of pay, reviewed regularly to ensure our team is fairly rewarded for the vital work they do. Mileage allowance and travel time are also included where applicable.
Real Career Progression
Whether you are starting out or looking to develop further, we support career growth within the organisation — including progression into senior carer, care coordinator, and supervisory roles.
DBS Check Paid For
We cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, removing a financial barrier to getting started. Your safety and the safety of our clients is our top priority.
A Team That Has Your Back
You will never feel alone in this role. Our management team is approachable, experienced, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing — because we know that happy carers provide better care.
Is This Role for You?
We Are Looking for People With Heart — Not Just Experience
The most important quality we look for in a carer is not experience — it is character. We want people who are genuinely compassionate, patient, and reliable. People who will treat every client with the same warmth and respect they would show their own family.
If you are caring by nature, punctual, and looking for work that truly matters, we would love to hear from you. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — we will train you in everything you need to know.
We particularly welcome applications from people who speak community languages such as Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Somali, or Polish — as we are proud to serve the diverse communities of Sheffield and South Yorkshire.
